Solution:-

$\rm \therefore a^2 + 8ab + 16b^2$

$\rm \implies (a)^2 + 2 \times a \times 4b + (4b)^2$

Using Identity,

$\rm (a + b)^2 = a^2 + 2ab + b^2$, We get

$\rm \implies (a + 4b)^2$
