Hi ,

*********************

We know the algebraic identity ,

a² - b² = ( a + b ) ( a - b )

***"************************

Now ,

500x² - 36y²

= 4 ( 125 x² - 9y² )

= 4 [ ( 5√5 x )² - ( 3y )² ]

= 4 ( 5√5x + 3y ) ( 5√5x - 3y )

I hope this helps you.
