(x²+2xy+y²) - (a²-2ab+b²)

Since a²-2ab+b²= (a-b)²

= (x+y)²-(a-b)²

Let (x+y) be m and (a-b) be n

m²-n²= (m+n)(m-n)

= (x+y+(a-b)) ( x+y-(a-b))

= (x+y+a-b) (x+y-a+b)

Hey !
Here is your answer !!
___________

▶(x2 + y2 + 2xy)- ( a2 + b2 - 2ab )

▶ (x + y)2 - (a - b)2

Using the formula - a2 - b2 = (a+b) (a - b)

(x + y + a - b ) ( x + y - ( a - b )

( x + y + a - b ) ( x + y - a + b )

hope it helps :)
