x ( x - (2 + √3 ) ) - ( 2 - √3 ) { x - ( 2 + √3 )}
( x - 2 + √3 ) ( x - 2 -√3 )

1/(2-√3) = ( 2 + √3 )
x² - (2 + √3)x - ( 2 -√3 )x + 1
x ( x - (2 + √3 ) ) - ( 2 - √3 ) { x - ( 2 + √3 )}
