Answer:

x^2+2x+1=-y^2----------------1

x^2+x+x+1=-y^2---------------2

(x+1)(x+1)=-y^2-----------------3

(x+1)^2=-y^2

squares get cancelled

-y={x+1}

y= -x-1--------------4

since we know that x=-1 from eqn 3

there fore y= -(-1)-1

y=0
