Answer:

 {x}^{2}  +  {40 }^{2}  + 4x + 3 \\   =  {x}^{2}  + 4x +  {40}^{2}  + 3 \\  = x(x + 4) + 1600 + 3 \\  = (x + 4)( x + 1603 )
