64x² - 81y²
= (8x)² - (9y)²
{as a² - b²= (a+b) (a-b)}
= (8x + 9y)(8x - 9y)

Heya!!! ☺

Here is your solution....☺

================================

⚫ To factorize:

♦. 64x² - 81y²

=> (8x)² - (9y)²

By using a² - b² = (a + b) ( a - b) we have,

=> ( 8x + 9y) ( 8x - 9y)

===============================

Hope this helps you..☺
