Force = Mass * Acceleration
For first body
F = 3x*2 = 6x
For second body
F = 4x*a' = 6x
a' = 6x/4x
a' = 1.5 m/s^2
so, the same force we I'll produce an acceleration of 1.5m/s^2 in other body.
