2 x²  + √3 x  - 3  =  0

x = roots  =  [ -√3  +-  √(3 +24) ]/4 = [ -1 +-  3]* √3/ 4
        = -√3  or  √3/2

so factors :   (x + √3)   and  (x - √3 /2)
