6x^2 + 5x - 6

6x^2 + (9-4)x - 6

6x^2 + 9x - 4x - 6

3x(2x+3) - 2(2x+3)

(3x-2) (2x+3)

1st step

multiply 1st term and the last term it will be 36

therefore if we multiply 9 and 4 we will get 36 and if we subtract 9 and 4 it will be 5 which is the mid term.

2nd step

remove the brackets.

3nd step

take the common's separately.
