Given equation is 36x^2y^2 - 30x^3y^3 + 48x^3y^2 can be written as

                             =  48x^2xy^2 - 30x^2xy^2y + 36x^2y^2

                             =  6x^2y^2(8x - 5xy + 6).

Hope this helps!
