Given : (x + 2)(x² + 25) - 10x² - 20x

= (x + 2)(x² + 25) – 10x ( x + 2 )

Here (x + 2) is a common factor :

= ( x + 2 )[( x² + 25 – 10x)]

= ( x + 2 )[ ( x² – 10x + 25)]

By  middle term splitting of (  x² – 10x + 25 ) :

= ( x + 2 ) ( x²– 5x – 5x + 25 )

= ( x + 2 ){ x (x – 5 ) – 5 ( x – 5 )}

= ( x + 2 )( x – 5 )( x – 5 )

(x + 2)(x² + 25) - 10x² - 20x = ( x + 2 )( x – 5 )²

Hence, the factorisation of ((x + 2)(x² + 25) - 10x² - 20x is  ( x + 2 )( x – 5 )².
