Factorize x^2-y^2-2x+2y

x^2-y^2-2x+2y=0
Interchanging the places..we get..
x^2-2x-y^2+2y=0
Taking common out..we get..

x (x-2)-y (x-2)=0
=> (x-2)(x-y)
