x³ -12x(x -4) -64

= x³ -3.x.4 (x -4) -(4)³

we know,
(a - b)³ = a³ - b³ - 3ab(a - b)

use, this formula ,

x³ -(4)³ -3.x.4(x -4) = (x -4)³

hence, (x -4), (x -4)and (x -4) are the factors of x³ -12x(x -4) -64
