pH decreases with increase in temperature. But this does not mean that water becomes more acidic at higher temperatures. A solution is considered as acidic if there is an excess of hydrogen ions over hydroxide ions. ... At 100oC, a pH value of 6.14 is the New neutral point on the pH scale at this higher temperature.

Here is your answer .
There are three main factors that can affect the pH of water in wetlands.
Waste Water.
1,Waste water is the main factor that can alter the pH of any wetland.
2,Minerals. Minerals that exist in the soil surrounding the wetlands, such as salt, can affect the pH of wetlands
3,Acid Rain.
A solution is acidic if there is an excess of hydrogen ions over hydroxide ions ( pH < pOH). In the case of pure water, there are always the same concentration of hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions and hence, the water is still neutral (pH = pOH) - even if its pH changes.
