The factors which determine the rate of diffusion of two liquid would be:

Temperature: The higher the temperature the higher would be the diffusion rate. It is because high temperature increases the kinetic energy of the particles due to which they move and diffuse faster.

Concentration gradient: The higher the concentration gradient the faster would be the diffusion.

The density of the liquids: The rate of diffusion is inversely proportional to the density of the liquids and thus, the diffusion rate would decrease as the density would increase.
