farmers by many goods such as tractors pumpsets, electricity pesticides and fertilizers. Imagine what would happen if the price of fertilizers or pumpsets go up. Cost of cultivation of the farmers will rise and their profits be reduced.. what does this show???​

• This shows the relationship between the price of producer goods and consumer goods.

• If the price of the producer goods rises then the price of the consumer goods also rises as it increases the overall cost of production.
