no, it is not appropriate because in our ecosystem every thing is important .the significance of every animal or living or non- living thing is very important because it balanced our ecosystem or environment. so, the farmers are not doing right. all this thing is against to the ecosystem.

To protect the farms from snakes to plant Pipal and also the Tulshi. And throw the ashes in the farm. So that snakes may not be there.
But on the other way snakes eat the mouse. Mouse are also dangerous to farms.
