⇔⇔⇔⇔⇔ YOUR ANSWER ↓↓↓↓↓↓.

GIVEN :- 2x +3y = 9 ---------------------- 1

3x +4y = 5 ---------------------- 2

To Find :- Value of x

SOLUTION :-

Let us get a value of x by transposing,

2x + 3y = 9

x = \frac{9-3y}{2}

then,

putting value of x in second equation;

3x + 4y = 5

3 \frac{9-3y}{2} + 4y = 5

\frac{27}{2} - \frac{9y}{2} + 4y = 5

\frac{-9y}{2} + 4y = 5 - \frac{27}{2}

\frac{-9y + 8y }{2} = \frac{10-27}{2}

\frac{-y}{2} = \frac{-17}{2}

- 2y = -34

y = 17

Putting value in EQUATION

x = \frac{9-3*17}{2}

x = \frac{-42}{2}

x = -21
