This is an another type of question from coordinate geometry.
Let the points be A(2,1), B(0,0), C(-1,2), D(1,3)

If the points ABD and CBD, both forms a right angled triangle (where BD is the common diagonal) and AB = BC = CD = AD, then ABCD is a square.

You can find the length of the sides by distance formula i.e.
Distance of line = √[(x_2-x_1)^2+(y_2-y_1)^2]

After finding all the distances, use Pythagoras Theorem to prove the right-angled triangle.
