Let the present age of son be x and present age of father be y.

1st case:present age

x+32=y ( eq 1)

2nd case:after 10yrs

2(x+10)=y+10(eq2)

using eq 1 in 2

2(x+10)=x+32+10

2x+20=x+42

2x-x=42-20

x=22

so,y=22+32(from eq 1)

=54

therefore, present age of father is 54
