Heya Friend !!!!

Here is ur ans with solution :-

Let the age of father be x

and the age of sons (here sons means both the two son ) be y

as according to question,

x = 3y ........... ( i )

After five year,

Father age will be :- ( x + 5 )

and

sons age will be :- ( y + 10 )

( x + 5 ) = 2 ( y + 10 )

x + 5 = 2y + 20

x - 2y + 5 - 20 = 0

x - 2y - 15 = 0 ...........( ii )

Putting the value of x from equation ( i ) in equation ( ii )

x - 2y - 15 = 0

3y - 2y - 15 = 0

y - 15 = 0

y = 15

Now,

by putting the value of y in eq ( i )

x = 3y

x = 3 × 15

x = 45

So, the age of father came to be 45

HELLO DEAR,

LET THE AGE OF THE FATHER = x

LET THE SUM OF AGES OF TEIR TWO CHILDREN = y

Acc. TO IST CONDITION, FATHER'S PRESENT AGE i.e.,x=3y -------- (1)

ACC.TO 2nd CON. FATHER'S AGE WILL BE I.E.,x+5=2(y+5+5)

- x+5=2y +20

- x=2y+15 --------------(2)

BY (1) (2) PUT x=3y IN (2)

3y=2y +15

- y=15

NOW

FATHER'S AGE =3x=15 *3=45
