NOTICE WRITING
A notice is information regarding an important event that is about to happen or that has
happened. It is publicly displayed a kind of information for others to know and follow.
. It should have an eye-catching caption--preferably a phrase and not a sentence.
Other details should be in order of importance and in crisp short sentences.
Language of the notice should be impersonal. Use the passive voice as far as possible.
Use of first person, ie, T or second person, i.e., you' should be avoided.
