Indian secularism has many features the first feature is there is no official religion for the Indian state and like the states of Buddhism and Sri Lanka that of Islam in Pakistan and Christianity in England our constitution doesn't give a special status to any reason even when Hindi is the most common speaking language the constitution provides to all individuals and communities freedom to process practice and propagate any religion or not to follow any this is the second feature and III feature being is the constitution prohibits discrimination on Grounds of religion at the same time the constitution allows the statement to win in the matches of religion in order to ensure equality within religious communities for example it was untouchability
