Perimeter=cost/rate=4930/85=58m
perimeter=2 (l+b)
58=2 (l+10)
58=2l+20
58-20=2l
2l=38
l=38/2
length=19metre

perimeter of compound = total cost of fencing / cost for fencing per metre
= 4930/85=58 m
perimeter = 58=2(l+b)
(l+b)= 58/2=29
l+ 10 = 29m
length = 29—10 =19m
