FeS2 the oxidation state of Fe is +2 and the OS of S is -2 because of persulphide

O2 OS is 0 free element

I think it should have been Fe2O3 instead of FeO3 if it is Fe2O3 then here the OS of O2 is -2 and Fe is +3

and if it is FeO3 then Fe OS will be -6

Then SO2 S OS is +4 and O2 OS is -2
