First of all you wrote text tube which should be TEST tube.....no problem....

Iodine solution turns Starch into color blue-black. So, that tells that Test tube B contained Starch and so turned blue, while Test Tube A didn't contained Starch and so didn't turned Blue.

PLEASE MARK IT AS BEST AND RATE 5 STAR. THANKS!

Test tube A does not contain starch hence no change in colour.

Explanation:

Probably the test tube B has glucose solution and A test tube has starch in it.

In test tube the colour change with addition of dilute iodine solution suggests the presence of starch in the solution.

Starch has amylose sugar in it, iodine molecules get embedded in the amylose making a triodide complex which is blue.

The A test tube has glucose in it which shows no change in colour as starch in not present in it.
