few drops of concentrated acid accidently spills over hand of student what should be done

1. Acids are corrosive in nature like HCl, HNO3 and H2SO4

2.If it falls on hands by mistake, immediately wash the hands with plenty of water.

3.To neutralize the effect of acid, a mild base like sodium hydrogen carbonate can be applied on hands .

[Neutralization means reaction of acid and base which results in salt and water]

4. Hence the pain can be some what relief by applying mild base then for further treatment the patient can be shown to doctor.
