The Bhopal Gas Tragedy took place on 3rd December, 1984.
Nearly 40 tons of Methyl - Iso - Cyanate was released from Union Carbide's Bhopal Plant.
Because of leakage of that dangerous gas many people were affected with lungs, skin, heart diseases etc.,.
Approximately 10,000 people were died.
Nearly 500,000 members were severely injured.
