Steps of construction:

1. Draw a line of length 6.5cm name as DE.

2. Construct a perpendicular bisector name as x of DE that cut it at point O.

3. Taking O as centre draw arc on both side of DE of radius that cut x on B and N.

4. Join DB, BE, NE and DN.

5. Rhombus BEND is ready.

(1) Draw a line segment BN of 5.6 cm and also draw its perpendicular bisector. Let it intersect the line segment BN at point O.

(2) Taking O as centre, draw arcs of 3.25 cm radius to intersect the perpendicular bisector at point D and E.
