Step-by-step explanation:

angle 1+angle 2 = 180°

(linear pair)

angle 1 + 80° = 180°

angle 1= 100°

angle 1 = angle 3 = 100°

( vertically opposite angle)

angle 2 = angle 4 = 80°

(vertically opposite angle)

Given :  figure shows the famous Chand Baori stepwell in Rajasthan, known for its architecture. It contains many angles.

∠2 = 80°

To Find : measure of all the angles marked

Solution:

∠2 + ∠1  = 180°   as they form a linear pair

=>  80° + ∠1  = 180°

=> ∠1  = 100°

∠2 + ∠3  = 180°   as they form a linear pair

=>  80° + ∠3  = 180°

=> ∠3 = 100°

∠4 = ∠2  vertically opposite angles

=> ∠4 =  80°
