Hii friend,
# Answer-
- Maximum avg speed- Interval 3
- Minimum avg speed- Interval 2
- Positive velocity- Intervals 1 & 2
- Negative velocity- Interval 3
# Explanation-
- The average speed of a particle in the x-t graph is obtained from the slope of the graph in a particular interval of time.
In the graph
- Slope is maximum in interval 3, hence avg speed is maximum.
- Slope is minimum in interval 2, hence avg speed is minimum.
- As the slope is positive in these intervals 1 & 2, sign of average velocity is positive in both intervals
- As slope is negative in interval 3, sign of avg speed is negative there.
Hope that is useful...

According to given graph :
So in the given graph : Average speed is greater in interval 3 because its slope is greater.
Average speed is least in interval 2 because slope is minimum.
Reason :
As we know that Average Speed = Slope of X- Graph in that time interval.
Average velocity is positive in interval 1 and 2 and negative in interval 3.
