Alliteration :- it is a figure of speech in which consonants especially in the beginning of words are repeated.

eg:-No time to see when wood we pass.

( sound 's' occurs thrice)

simile:- It is a figure of speech in which one thing is compared to another to clarify the image by using word like 'like'and 'as.'

eg:-streams full of stars like skies streams full of stars like skies at night.
