Given that,

A regular hexagon pqrstu.

We need to find the value of \vec{pq}+\vec{pr}+\vec{ps}+\vec{pt}+\vec{pu}

Using diagram

=\vec{pq}+\vec{pr}+\vec{ps}+\vec{pt}+\vec{pu}

=\vec{pq}+(\vec{pq}+\vec{qr})+(\vec{pq}+\vec{qr}+\vec{rs})+(\vec{pu}+\vec{ut})+\vec{pu}

=3\vec{pq}+2\vec{qr}+\vec{rs}+2\vec{pu}+\vec{ut}....(I)

Here, \vec{qr}=\vec{ut}

\vec{rs}=\vec{pu}

Put the value in the equation

=3\vec{pq}+2\vec{qr}+\vec{pu}+2\vec{pu}+\vec{qr}

=3\vec{pq}+3\vec{qr}+3\vec{pu}

put the value of pu

=3(\vec{pq}+\vec{qr}+\vec{rs})

=3(\vec{pq}+\vec{qs})

=3\vec{ps}

Put the value of ps

=3\times2\vec{po}

=6\vec{po}

Hence, The the value of \vec{pq}+\vec{pr}+\vec{ps}+\vec{pt}+\vec{pu} is 6\vec{po}
