File management system is actually a software  which is used to organize the file as well as help in managing of data. The purpose is tho handle the different file individually or to handle them in the groups. It is also capable of showing the  details of report or file for example it's date of creation.

While the input/output control system was actually used in earlier mainframe computers which was use in order to  provides the very low level access to record when it comes to peripheral equipment  Through it input and output data is kept in track, In the Earlier computer this system was used in order to enable the programmers of assembler language to read as well as to write the records .
