We should fill that with digit 9

So the number becomes 9349087
Since by trail and error method If we keep the digit 0, it will not be divisible by 11.

If we keep the digit 1 , it will not be divisible by 11.

If we keep the digit 2, it will not be divisible by 11 and soon.

At last if we keep the digit 9 , it will be divisible by 11

it is 1 because if we divide 1 from 11 then the answer is 11
