We can make this possible by use of brackets only .As when the equation doesn't have brackets it follows BODMAS which may contradict us to find the solution.
( 7 * 7 + 7 ) ÷ 7 = 8 .
=> 49+7 ÷ 7 = 8
=> 56/7 = 8 .
