Hey There!

_____________________________

1) I have not seen him since Wednesday

2) I have not seen him from a long time

In 1),

We used since because, Since is used for denoting a particular period of time, For example, I was sick sinceMonday.

In 2)

We used the answer as from/for, Here, Both of them will be corrected, As It's not defining a particular period of time. For example, He was absent in school from past few days

Hence, Answers are :

1) Since

2) For or From. (Both are correct)
