→ That's because the loop has a sharp bend in the renal medulla going from descending to ascending thin limb.

(b) Reabsorption of water from distal parts of the tubules is facilitated by hormone vasopressin.

→ Vasopressin allows more water reabsorption and excretion of more concentrated urine.

(c) Dialysis fluid contains all the constituents as in plasma except nitrogenous wastes.
