Heya.
Good Question!
______________________
The answer is
Health is the normal and perfect state of the body because,
 perfect means:-
having all the required or desirable elements, qualities, or characteristics; as good as it is possible to be./faultless that's why it's suitable to fit in the box.

Reason I rejected the others because:-
Abnormal means:- deviating from what is normal or usual, typically in a way that is undesirable or worrying. /uncommon
So it cant fit in the box.

2)It cant be sound because it's meaning is-
the activity of recording and broadcasting sound such as from a performance of music or for a film
Sound also means good. For example have a sound sleep
So health should be the best not good :) to remain disease free always:)

___________________________________

3)It cant be correct because,
Correct also means similar to perfect but,
When, Perfect is referred to health then,
It means that our ability to remain free from diseases
Correct means ok  but perfect means the best so it's also not suitable to fit in.
Saw the difference!
Hope helped! :)

supersonu: Can I try to clarify both of you?
supersonu: According to my book, sound is the answer
supersonu: Nobody is perfect. Everyone's body has some kind of shortcomings
supersonu: Sound is something else
supersonu: Other than the two meaning, it shows that, the body performs each function in a normal state, without any changes in the function, either due to its unfunctioning or because some microorganism's attack.
