That's ur answer . Note that in step 2 it is like 9✓12+✓3-9✓3 taking ✓3 common 9✓12+✓3(1-9) thus 9√12-8√3 and √12 = √2×2×3 or √2²×3 or 2√3 since we can snatch 2² from root and 2 is the answer

√3 , √12 , √27 ,....
√3 , √4×3 , √9×3 ,.......
√3 , 2√3, 3√3 ..........are in AP where first term of this AP is √3 and common difference = √3

we know formula
nth term = Tn = a + (n -1)d
10th term = Tn = √3 + ( 10 -1)×√3
10th term = √3 + 9√3 = 10√3

hence, 10th term = 10√3
