Soln. Given :
7th term= a+6d = 34 ....(i)
12th term = a+11d=64 ....(ii)
From equation (i), we get
a= 34-6d ....(iii)
On substituting the value of a equation ii we get,
34 - 6d + 11d = 64
=> 5d = 30
=> d= 30/5 = 6
Now, on putting the value of d in equation iii we get,
a= 34 - 6(6)
= 34-36= -2
APQ: 10th term = a + 9d = -2 +9(6) = -2 + 54 = 52
