Multiple both the fraction with 17 as we need 16 rational numbers
So,after multiplying we get
-2/9=-32/144
4/9=64/144
Therefore sixteen rational numbers are
33/144,34/144,35/144,36/144,37/144,38/144,39/144,40/144,41/144,42/144,43/144,44/144,45/144,46/144,47/144,48/144
So,after multiplying we get
