find 2 rational numbers between minus 2 by 3 and 1 by 4

LCM of 3 & 4 is 12

So, -2/3 = -8/12              
        1/4 = 3/12

5 rational numbers can be -7/12  ,  -6/12  ,  -5/12  , -4/12  , -3/12 etc

we have to multiply with 2+1 to get rationals
2/1×3/3=6/3
3/1×3/3=9/3
required rationals =7/9and8/9
similarly for 1and 4 also
