Clearly,
N = 2
D = Y-X/ N +1 = 5-(-2)/2+1
D = 5+2/3 = 7/3
Therefore,
Required rational Numbers between -2 and 5 are :
X + D and X + 2D
-2 + 7/3 and -2 + 2 × 7/3
-6 + 7/3 and - 2 + 14/3
1/3 and - 6 + 14/3
1/3 and 8/3
