Answer:

Let the consecutive numbers be x , x+1 and x+2

x + x+1 + x+2 = 48

3x + 3 = 48

3x = 48-3

3x = 45

x = 15

Thus the numbers are 15 , 15+1=16 , 15+2=17

SOLUTION:-

Let three consecutive number be, R, R+1 & R +2.

•Their sum is 48.

So,

A/q

=) R + R+1 + R+2 = 48

=) 3R + 3 = 48

=) 3R= 48 -3

=) 3R= 45

=) R= 45/3

=) R= 15

Now,

1st number, R= 15.

2nd number, R+1= 15 +1 = 16.

3rd number, R+2 = 15+2= 17.

Hope it helps ☺️
