Heyaa..

Finding the LCM of 7 and 3, we get, 7 * 3 = 21

And lets make the denominator of the two fractions equal...

 \frac{1}{7}  \ * \  \frac{3}{3}  \ = \  \frac{3}{21}

 \frac{1}{3}  \ * \  \frac{7}{7}  \ = \  \frac{7}{21}

And now multiply the two fractions with 5 inorder to get 4 rationals..

 \frac{3}{21}  \ * \  \frac{5}{5}  \ = \  \frac{15}{105}

 \frac{7}{21}  \ * \  \frac{5}{5}  \ =  \frac{35}{105}

Choose any four rationals between  \frac{15}{105}  \ and \  \frac{35}{105}

The four rationals are..

 \frac{18}{105}  \ , \  \frac{24}{105}  \ , \  \frac{27}{105}  \ , \  \frac{33}{105}

Hope it helps...
