Finding the LCM of 7 and 3, we get, 7 * 3 = 21

And lets make the denominator of the two fractions equal...

$\frac{1}{7} \ * \ \frac{3}{3} \ = \ \frac{3}{21}$

$\frac{1}{3} \ * \ \frac{7}{7} \ = \ \frac{7}{21}$

And now multiply the two fractions with 5 inorder to get 4 rationals..

$\frac{3}{21} \ * \ \frac{5}{5} \ = \ \frac{15}{105}$

$\frac{7}{21} \ * \ \frac{5}{5} \ = \frac{35}{105}$

Choose any four rationals between $\frac{15}{105} \ and \ \frac{35}{105}$

The four rationals are..

$\frac{18}{105} \ , \ \frac{24}{105} \ , \ \frac{27}{105} \ , \ \frac{33}{105}$
