Given a - 3d + a - d + a + d + a + 3d = 20
 
           4a = 20

             a = 5.

Substitute a = 5 in (1) , we get.

(5 - 3d),(5-d),(5+d),(5+3d).

Given the sum of the squares of the term = 120.

(5-3d)^2 + (5-d)^2 + (5+d)^2 + (5+3d)^2 = 120

d = +1 (or) -1.

Substitute d = 1 in (1), we get

= (5-3(1)),(5-1),(5+1),(5+3(1))

= (5 - 3),(5-1),(5+1),(5+3)

= 2,4,6,8.

Substitute d = -1 in (1), we get

= (5 - 3(-1),(5+1),(5-1),(5-3)

= 8,6,4,2
