Hiii friend,

Let X = -2 and Y = 0

Clearly N = 6

D = Y-X/N+1 => 0-(-2) = 2/6+1 = 2/7

Therefore,

Six rational Numbers between -2 and 0 are:

X + D , X+2D , X +3D , X+4D , X+5D , X+6D

-2 + 2/7 , -2 + 2 × 2/7 , -2 + 3 × 2/7 , -2 + 4 × 2/7 , -2 + 5 × 2/7 , -2 + 6 × 2/7

-12/7 , -10/7 , -8/7 , -6/7 , -4/7 , -2/7

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU...... :-)

First rational number :-

=> (-2+0)/2 = -2/2

=> -1

================

Now, to make it easy, rational numbers between -1 and -2,

As we have to find 5 more number, multiply by (5+1)i.e. 6

Then,

(-1×6)/(1×6) > (-2×6)/(1×6)

=> -6/6 > -12/6

Numbers between -6 and -12 are -7,-8,-9,-10,-11

Now, rational numbers between -1 and -2 :-

-7/6, -8/6, -9/6, -10/6, -11/6

================

Now, number between 0 and -2 are

-1, -7/6, -8/6, - 9/6, -10/6, -11/6

I hope this will help you
