-2 = 9 (-2)^2 - 3 b + 6 (-2)

9 (4) - 3 b + (-12)

36 - 3 b -12

-2 = 24 - 3 b

- 2 - 24 = - 3 b

-26 = - 3 b

b = 26/3

b =8.6
